Control Plane components including the CommServe, Web Server, and Command Center, are no longer available for installation on Windows. However, if you already have these components installed on Windows, you can still upgrade them and Commvault will continue to support and maintain them. For more information, see Obsolescence Policy.
Effective Release
In version 11.40, the Commvault installations on Windows (including CommServe, Web Server, and Command Center) will be deprecated.
Effect of Deprecation
Install Commvault on Linux. Commvault on Windows is not available in the media kit.
Migration Options
