Downloading the Files in a DR Backup SET Folder

You can download the files in a DR backup SET folder.

Procedure

1. Log on to the Cloud Services Portal.

2. Click Manage > CommCells in the left navigation.

   The CommCells page appears.

3. Click the CommCell for which you want to view the DR backup SET folder.

   The CommCell Dashboard appears.

4. In the Last DR backup to cloud area, click the DR backup timestamp.

   The DR Backups page appears.

5. Click the SET folder you want to download the files for.

   The SET page appears with the list of DR backup files of various CommCell entities.

6. To download a file, click the download icon for the file.
