You can acquire a personal identification number (PIN) using email.
Procedure

From the Commvault MSP Portal login page, enter your login credentials, and then click the Get PIN button.
An email is sent to you with a PIN. This is a one-time PIN, and is valid for the next 30 minutes.

Open your email, and then copy the one-time PIN.

From the Commvault MSP Portal login page, enter your login credentials and the PIN.

Click Login.
