Adding a PAT Credential for Azure Devops App

Create PAT credentials for Azure DevOps app authentication using Azure application details including tenant ID, application secret, and authentication endpoint details.

Before You Begin

Register the Azure App for Azure DevOps in the Azure Portal.

Procedure

1. From the Credentials list, select existing PAT credentials or create new PAT credentials.

   1. Click the add button .

      The Add credential dialog box appears.

   2. In Credential name, enter a descriptive name for the credentials.

   3. In Access token, enter the PAT.

   4. In Description, enter a description of the credentials.

   5. Click Save.

2. Click Next.
