In the Command Center, the Log Analyzer feature utilizes AI to automatically process and interpret logs for individual jobs, significantly reducing manual analysis efforts and delivering structured, actionable insights. This feature supports analysis across all job types.
Before You Begin
Verify that you have enabled the Log Analyzer setting for Arlie AI Assistant. For more information, see Enabling Arlie AI Assistant.
Procedure

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Configure Arlie, AI Assistant.

Under General, move the Log Analyzer toggle key to the right.

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Jobs.

In the Actions column for the job, click the action button
, then go to Logs, and then click View logs. By default, the Commvault software displays analyzed logs.

To view original logs, in the Analyzed logs for job page, click View logs.

In the upper-right corner of the logs, click the Analyze with Arlie button
.Logs will be analyzed using AI, delivering clear and concise results.
