Downloading Software from the Commvault Store

You can download the Commvault enterprise media kit from the Commvault Store.

Procedure

1. Submit a request to download the installation files for the latest Platform Release, using the following steps:

   1. To request the latest media kit, click Request Latest Media Kit.

   2. In the Request Latest Media Kit page, enter the following details:

      • Name
      • Email
      • CommCell ID (Optional: Required only if you are installing the media kit on an existing CommCell environment.)
      • Select a reason for the request.

   3. Click Send Request.

   You will receive an email notification when the request is complete.

2. Download the latest Commvault installer from the Commvault Store.
