Getting Started with Azure SQL Managed Instance

To get started backing up Azure SQL Managed Instance, verify that your environment meets the system requirements, and then complete the necessary setup in Azure SQL and in Commvault.

Procedure

1. Verify that your environment meets the system requirements for Azure SQL Managed Instance.

2. Add an access node.

3. Set up an application and tenant for Azure Resource Manager.

4. Set up connectivity between on-premises proxies and the Azure SQL Managed Instance.
