Getting Started with Hitachi NAS

For Hitachi NAS to work with IntelliSnap, review system requirements, and then add a snap vendor entry in Arrays page. Then you can modify snapshot properties.

Procedure

1. Verify that your environment meets the System Requirements for Hitachi NAS.

2. Configure the Hitachi NAS storage array.

3. Optional: To customize Hitachi NAS to your environment, you can modify the properties that control snapshot operations. For more information, see Editing the Properties of Hitachi NAS.

4. Choose a Supported Agent to work with Hitachi NAS.
