Limiting Email Alert Receipients for Company User

The MSP administrator can restrict company users to use only existing email addresses when configuring email alerts.

Procedure

  1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Companies.

  2. Click the company name for which you want to restrict the creation of email recipients.

  3. Click the Overview tab.

  4. Beside the Settings tile, click Add.

  5. In the Name box, enter enableTenantEmailRestrictions.

  6. In the Category box, select CommServeDB.AdminConsole.

  7. From the Type drop-down list, select Boolean.

  8. In the Value box, enter True.

  9. Click Save.
