You can modify a trusted certificate thumbprint to restore connectivity when the certificate for an external endpoint changes or expires.
Procedure

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Account.

Click the External endpoint certificates tile.

In the list, find the endpoint that you want to update, and click Edit.

Update the thumbprint value.

Click Save.
