You can change the authentication method of an existing Azure Blob object storage repository.
Procedure

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > Object storage.
The Object storage instances page appears.

Click an Azure Blob instance.

On the Configuration tab, in the General area, click Edit.
The Edit object storage page appears.

From the Authentication list, select Access key and Account Name or IAM AD application, or choose Connect using managed identities for Azure resources.

If you select Access key and Account Name, complete the following steps:

Do one of the following:

From the Credential list, select the credentials that you are going to use.

To add credentials to the Credential Manager, click the plus button (+).
The Add Credential dialog box appears.

Enter the following information:

Credential name: Enter a name for the credentials that you are creating.

Account name: Enter the name of the Azure Blob Storage account.

Access key ID: Enter the access key ID of the Azure Blob Storage account.

Description: Enter a description of the credentials

Click Save.

If you select Connect using managed identities for Azure resources, complete the following steps:

In the Azure storage account name box, enter the name of the Azure Blob Storage account.

Click Save.
