Registering two-factor authentication

You can set up two-factor authentication for your CommCell user account yourself, as long as the option to allow users to manage two-factor authentication is enabled at the CommCell or company level.

Procedure

  1. In the Command Center, go to your user profile.

    The user details page appears.

  2. On the Multi-factor authentication tab, enable the Two-factor authentication toggle key.

    The Register two-factor authenticator dialog box displays a QR code.

  3. Open the authenticator app on your device (either a mobile or a computer).

  4. Add an account, scanning the QR code.

  5. After the acccount is added successfully, click Ok.

What to Do Next

The next time when you log in, use a password along with a PIN.
