You can replace infrastructure nodes that are classified as servers across multiple entities simultaneously. This feature allows you to replace a MediaAgent or an access node (server) infrastructure.
Currently, you must manually replace the MediaAgent or access node (server) within each entity. Instead, using this feature you can streamline the process by eliminating the need for manual replacements at every entity level.
Note
If the server has the MediaAgent package installed, you can replace the MediaAgent from either the Manage > Servers page or Manage > Infrastructure > MediaAgents page.
Before You Begin
Verify that the destination MediaAgent and the destination access node is configured and ready.
Procedure
-
From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Servers.
The Servers page appears.
