You can view subscription usage for Power BI in the Power BI report.
Unique users are calculated for all Microsoft Power BI applications as follows:

Users who are a part of an organization are licensed for Power BI.

Users with multiple licenses are counted only once.
User Count Considerations
Commvault calculates Power BI user counts based on the following conditions.

They are a member of the tenant (guest users are not counted).
-
They have access to Power BI with a valid license or plan.
-
They are active (not deleted or blocked).
-
They are not using a Power BI Free license
User-based Licensing
Each Power BI Pro or Power BI Premium license counts as one Power BI user.
Capacity-based Licensing
Each Power BI capacity license counts as 500 Power BI users.
Procedure

From the navigation pane, click Usage.
The Usage summary page appears, showing a summary of service subscriptions and their usage.

Under Subscriptions, click Power Platform - Enterprise.
The Power Platform - Enterprise Usage Report appears.

To view information for a specific time frame, click Time frame, and then select one of the time options.
Data Usage per Month
The Data Usage Per Month chart displays total unique users protected. This chart updates when you select a time frame from the Time frame filter.
Monthly Usage
The Monthly Usage table displays monthly usage information for each user. This table updates when you click a month bar in the Data usage per month chart.
Optional: Configure any of the following options to filter or export the monthly usage data:

To hide columns, click the Column button
, unselect the columns that you want to hide, and then click Save. -
To export data, click the Export button
, select the export file format, and then save the file to your local computer.
