Microsoft no longer allows you to disable multi-factor authentication for the Microsoft 365 global administrator account, which was required by the express configuration option. You must use the custom configuration option instead.
Before using the custom configuration, you must register the Azure app for Exchange Online with Azure AD.
You can either perform the app registration manually or you can use the configuration helper tool to automate the app registration.

Register the Azure app by using one of the below options:

Complete the Microsoft 365 service catalog using the custom configuration option.
Important
Authorize app may not work if the Azure app does not have the redirect URL of Command Center set in Azure. If the app is authorized in Azure, then you do not have to reauthorize the app in Command Center.
