You can view the Audit Trail Report on the Command Center.
Before You Begin

For security reasons, this report is available only to CommCell Administrators. Your CommCell user account must be a member of the Master user group and have a CommCell-level association to view this report.

If you share this report with other users, those users can see information about other users only if they have the Change security settings permission.
Procedure

From the Command Center navigation pane, click Reports.
The Reports page appears.

Click Audit Trail.
The Audit Trail Report appears.

You can apply the following filters based on the requirement:
- To view the audit report of a specific CommCell environment, from the CommCell list, select one or more CommCell name.
- To view the audit report of a specifc company, from the Company list, select one or more company name.
- To view the audit for a specific time period, from the Time Range list, select any exisiting time range, or click Custom , and then configure a time range.
- To view the audit report of a specific user, from the Users list, select the users that you want to view in the report.
- To view the audit report of a specific user group, from the User Group list, select the user groups that you want to view in the report.
- To modify the time zone, from the Time Zone list, select either the CommServe time zone or the Local time zone of the machine.
- To view the audit report with unusual frequency, from the Focused list, select Audits with unusual frequency.
- To search the data based on specific terms, such as a type of operation, under Keywoard, and then enter a search term.
