The Metrics Reports such as the Health Report and the Activity Report, can be hosted in your own network. The Chargeback, Activity, Health, and other Metrics Reports available on the Private Metrics Reporting is also available on the Local Metrics Reporting the CommServe computer in your environment.
If you have a single CommServe computer in your environment, and you want to use Metrics Reporting, then you must activate Local Metrics Reporting on the Command Center. The Local Metrics Reporting Server must collect data from the CommServe computer in your environment.
Note
You must only configure either Private Metrics Reporting or Local Metrics Reporting to your environment.
Procedure

Log on to the Command Center.

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Settings > Global.

Click the Metrics reporting tile.
The Reports page appears.

Move the Local metrics reporting on CommServe toggle key to the right.
This setting allows data to be collected for Metrics Reports.
