Use this dialog box to control how the data is to be archived.
Incremental
Select to run an incremental archive job. The incremental archive operation archives only that portion of the data that is new or has changed since the last archive.
Synthetic Full
Select to run a synthetic full archive job. The synthetic full archive operation creates a full archive from existing backup data for the selected subclient. The Synthetic Full archive consolidates the backup data. It does not actually archive data.
Run Incremental Backup
Select to run an incremental archive job, either immediately before a synthetic full archive or immediately after a successfully completed synthetic full archive. When this check box is cleared, an incremental archive job is not run automatically, either immediately before or after a synthetic full archive.

Before Synthetic Full

Select to archive any data that is new or changed since the previous archive job. Any such new or changed data is included as part of the synthetic full archive job.

After Synthetic Full

Select to archive any data that is new or changed since the archive that occurred prior to the synthetic full archive job.
Advanced
Click to select additional archive options.
Save As Script
Click to open the Save As Script dialog box, which allows you to save this operation and the selected options as a script file (in XML format). The script can later be executed from the Command Line Interface using the qoperation execute command.
When you save an operation as a script, each option in the dialog has a corresponding XML parameter in the script file. When executing the script, you can modify the value for any of these XML parameters as needed.
