Backing Up to Cloud Media

Create a subclient with the corresponding bucket as content and have the Amazon S3 VM as the proxy or access node.

Procedure

1. Create a virtual client to perform backup and restore operations. See Creating an Amazon S3 Virtual Client.

   Note

   Choose the Amazon S3 virtual machine where the file share is mounted as the proxy client computer.

2. Create a subclient with the corresponding bucket as content. See Creating Subclients to Back Up Specific Objects or Buckets.
