Changing Data Source Configurations

You can change the configurations of a data source, including the access credentials and the directory path, in Sensitive Data Governance. After you change the configurations for a data source, the software automatically performs a data collection job for the data source.

Procedure

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Comply > Risk Analysis.

2. Click Sensitive data governance.

   The Sensitive data governance page appears.

3. In the in the project name row of the projects table, click the Actions button , and then click Details.

   The project name details page appears.

4. In the data source name row of the Data sources table, click the Actions button , and then click Edit.

   The Edit data source pane appears.

5. Make your changes to the configuration options, and then click Save.

   A data collection job starts to update the data source based on your changes.
