MediaId

The unique ID generated when the media was discovered.

BarCode

The barcode label of the media.

LibraryName

The library name.

ScratchPool

The associated spare group of the Media

IsAssignedMedia

Indicates if the media is Assigned Media or not

MediaType

The hardware type of the media

MediaStatus

The status of the media. Media status can be Good, Expired, Bad, or Invalid.

MediaLocation (ExportLocation)

The location of the media.

• If the media is inside the library, the column displays the location as "In Library".

• If the media is exported, the column displays the outside storage location recorded by the user, when the media was exported.

StoragePolicy

The storage policy name.

StoragePolicyCcopy

The storage policy copy name.

RetentionDate(Retention Type)

The date when the media will age, and if the date is calculated by Basic Retention or Extended Retention. (Updated as per the last data aging job run)

BasicRetentionDays

The number of days data is kept before it is pruned (Basic Retention)

BasicRetentionCycles

The number of cycles data is kept before it is pruned (Basic Retention)
