FPolicy with NetApp ONTAP is not supported with IPv6 on Microsoft Windows Server 2008 platforms. Use the following procedure to perform stub recalls in an IPv6 environment.
Procedure

From the CommCell Browser, expand Client Computers.

Right-click the client, and then click Properties > Advanced.

Click the Additional Settings tab, and then click Add.

In the Name field, enter nPreferredIPFamily.

In the Value field, enter the following:

0 for both IPv4 and IPv6 support

1 for IPv4 support only

2 for IPv6 support only

Click OK.
