Configuring MSP Billing for Private Metrics Reports in the CommCell Console

For Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments, you can configure billing information to appear in Metrics reports. Only MSP customers who use the utility billing model should select the billing option.

Procedure

1. On the CommCell Console ribbon, on the Home tab, click the Control Panel button.

2. Click Remote Private Metrics Reporting.

   The Remote Private Metrics Reporting dialog box appears.

3. On the General tab, select Detailed Billing.

4. Click OK.
