Create a New Replication Schedule or Run a Cross-Server Restore

If any of the following conditions occur, create a new replication schedule or run a cross-server restore:

  • The source database is restored for any reason.

  • The source database and the destination database need a complete resync.

  • Roll-forward on the destination replication database is complete or the database is damaged.

Procedure

Execute the following steps to create a new replication schedule, or to execute a cross-server restore operation with the Roll-forward Pending State turned on. For more information on the cross-server restore operation, see Performing a DB2 Cross-Machine Restore for a Standby Database.

  1. Delete the replication schedule (the schedule type is Restore).
