You can also create a network share client and then create a subclient under the Linux File System Agent of the network share client. Use the following steps to create a network share client:
-
On the CommCell Browser, right-click Client Computers, and then click New Client.
The Add New Client dialog box appears.
-
Under File System, click NAS/Network Share.
-
Select the Network Share check box, and then select the NFS check box.
-
In the Client Name box, enter the non-NDMP network share client name.
-
In the Host Name box, enter the fully qualified non-NDMP network share client name/IP.
-
Click OK.
A pseudo network share client is created on the CommCell Console.
