Creating a Customer Modification Request from the CommCell Dashboard

You can report an issue or request an enhancement from the CommCell dashboard.

You can also view the number of requests that were submitted for a change in the software during the specified time period in the Modification Requests tile.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Cloud Services website.

  2. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > CommCell.

    The CommCells listing page appears.

  3. Under CommCell Name, click the name of a CommCell.

    The CommCell dashboard appears.

  4. Click Modification requests tile.

    The Customer Modification Requests page appears.

  5. In the bottom-right area of the page, click Create CMR.

    The Create CMR dialog box appears.

  6. Enter information about the modification request:

    1. In the Summary box, enter a summary of the modification request.

    2. In the Description box, enter a description of the modification request.

  7. Click OK.

Note

After generating a CMR, there is no guaranteed timeline for implementation, and the enhancement may or may not be carried out.
