You can create user-defined backup sets to group a set of selected data. A user-defined backup set contains its own default subclient.
Note
If you create a user-defined backup set, you cannot perform incremental or differential backup operations for any backup set. However, for NetApp and Dell EMC Isilon/PowerScale NDMP clients, there are no limitations on the type of backup operations that you can perform on any type of backup set.
Procedure

In the CommCell Browser, go to Client Computers > client.

Right-click NDMP, and then select All Tasks > Create New Backup Set.
The Create New Backup Set dialog box appears.

In the New Backup Set Name box, type a name.

Click OK.
