Use this dialog box to configure additional data aging options.
Age All
Select this option to age all data that have met the defined basic and/or extended retention rules criteria.
Age Granular
Select this option to select the data to be aged once the defined basic and/or extended retention rules criteria have been met.

Select this option to age data by specific storage policy copies or libraries.
Prune Selected Copies
Select this option to age data by specific storage policy copies.
Prune Copies Using selected Libraries
Select this option to age data by specific libraries.
Libraries Available
Displays libraries available for data aging operations.
Libraries Included
Displays libraries included for data aging operations.

Include All Clients
Select this option to include all clients in the CommCell for data aging options. When not selected, specific clients can be selected for the data aging options.
Clients Available
Displays the clients available for data aging operations.
Clients Included
Displays the clients included for data aging operations.
Save As Script
Click to open the Save As Script dialog, which allows you to save this operation and the selected options as a script file (in XML format). The script can later be executed from the Command Line Interface using qoperation execute command.
When you save an operation as a script, each option in the dialog will have a corresponding XML parameter in the script file. When executing the script, you can modify the value for any of these XML parameters as needed.
