Data Views for the File Search Report

This report displays information about files that are on the selected clients, backup sets, and subclients, based on the filters that you selected.

This chart displays the number of files by file type.

This table lists the files that you searched for.

Column	Description
Client	The name of the client.
Path	The file path and the file name.
Type	The type of file (folder or file).
Size	The size of the file, auto-converted to KB, MB, GB, or TB.
Last Backup Job	The last backup job ID that protected the file.
Sub Client	Subclient that protected the file.
Last Backup Time	The date and time that the file was most recently backed up.
Deleted	Marked if the file was deleted.
Failed	Marked if the file backup failed.
