Deferring the Creation of Backup Copy

You can defer the creation of a backup copy for IntelliSnap jobs for a number of days with an option in the storage policy.

To defer the creation of a backup copy:

1. Right-click the <Storage Policy> and click Properties.

2. Click the Snapshot tab and the Backup Copy tab.

3. Click Defer Backup Copy for, and then enter the number of days to wait before making a backup copy.

4. Click OK.
