The Commvault Edge app stores the application data locally on the smart device. Application data comprises of the following contents:

Browse cache

Preview and thumbnail cache
-
Downloaded files
-
All database and upload tables
-
All preferences stored by the user. For example, auto-upload settings.
When a user logs out of the application, all the application data other than the upload tables and auto-upload settings are deleted from the smart device automatically.
However, you can configure the application to delete all the application data including upload tables and auto-upload settings from the smart device during logout.
To delete all the application data on the smart device during logout,

On the CommServe computer, add the MobileCacheDeleteStrategy additional setting with the value 1.
