After a company is deactivated, service providers can delete the company.
Note
Deleting a company removes the clients and all of its data that is associated with the company.
Before You Begin
Procedure

From the CommCell Browser, go to Companies.

Right-click the company, and then click Delete.
The Confirm permanent delete dialog box appears.

In the box, type delete, and then click Permanent delete.
Results
The company and all of its users and user groups are no longer available in the CommCell environment.
