Deleting an NFS or SMB Share from the CommCell Console

You can delete the exported NFS or SMB shares.

Procedure

1. To delete the NFS or SMB share, do one of the following:

   • Backup set level

     1. From the CommCell Console, expand Client Computers > client > File System.

     2. Right-click the backup_set that contains the backup data, point to All Tasks, and then click Manage Network Share.

   • Subclient level

     1. From the CommCell Console, expand Client Computers > client > File System > backup_set.

     2. Right-click the subclient that contains the backup data, and then click Manage Network Share.

2. Right-click the backup set or subclient that contains the backup data, and then click Manage Network Share.

   The Network Share dialog box appears.

3. To delete a specific network share, click the share name.

4. Click Delete.

   A confirmation dialog appears.

5. Click Yes.
