Disabling Automatic Discovery of PostgreSQL Instances

By default, automatic discovery of instances is enabled. However, you can disable this functionality.

Procedure

1. From the CommCell Browser, navigate to Client Computers | <Client>.

2. Right-click PostgreSQL, and then select Properties.

   The PostgreSQL Properties dialog box appears.

3. Clear the Enable Automatic Instance Discovery check box.

4. Click OK.
