Disallowing Access by Default

When there are no rules that match the combination of host WWPN, target WWPN, VTL and drive ID, access is allowed for further processing of the SCSI command. Hence you must disallow access by default, which in turn, enables access only when a rule permits.

Procedure

  1. From the navigation pane, click Access Management.

  2. Under FC Access Rules, click Add Rule.

The Add FC Rule page appears.

  3. From the Rule list, select Disallow.

  4. Click Submit.

Result

The rule will be added and displayed under FC Access Rules.
