Disconnecting a User

If you want to restart services for a client, you may want to disconnect all the users logged on to the CommServe from a client.

Procedure

1. From the CommCell Browser, right-click the CommServe node and select View > Users Logged In.

2. Right-click the user you want to disconnect and click Disconnect.

3. Type a message and click OK.

   The message is sent to the user and then the user is disconnected from the CommCell environment.
