Enabling Job Throttling from the Command Line Interface

Enable job throttling at the CommServe and client level.

Procedure

To enable job throttling at the CommServe level:

• On the CommServe computer, add the ThrottleJobsFeature additional setting with the following properties:

  Property	Value
  Name	ThrottleJobsFeature
  Category	CommServDB.GxGlobalParam
  Type	Integer
  Value	1

To enable job throttling on a client after it is enabled on the CommServe:

• On your client computer, add the SetLimitRunningJobs additional setting with the following properties:

  Property	Value
  Name	SetLimitRunningJobs
  Category	Cvd
  Type	Integer
  Value	1
