Enabling the Who Is Active Tracer Job

To run the Who Is Active (WIA) tracer job, use the Diagnostic WIA Tracer Setup workflow.

Procedure

1. Execute the Diagnostic WIA Tracer Setup workflow.

   For information about executing workflows, see Running Workflows from the CommCell Console.

2. From the WIA Tracer Configuration list, do one of the following:

   • To run the job for a specific number of days, select the number of days to run the job.

   • To run the job continuously, select Forever.

   The WIA Tracer job runs every fifteen seconds for the duration you configured.
