When a license expires, you might encounter the problems listed in the following table. You can determine the cause of the problem by checking the error messages in the Event Viewer or in the appropriate log file.

All backup operations become unavailable when the CommServe license expires. Certain backup operations are unavailable when the term license for a feature or product expires. In this situation, contact your software provider to obtain the necessary permanent license for that feature or product. You can still perform restore operations. |
