Finding the Most Frequent Errors and Failure Reasons

In the Backup Job Summary Report, you can view the most frequent errors and failure reasons in a specific time range.

Procedure

1. In the CommCell Console, click the Reports tab, and then click the Summary button.

   The Report Selection dialog box appears.

2. Under Reports, select Job Summary.

3. On the General tab, click Data Management, and then click Backup

4. Click the Options tab.

5. Select Show most frequent errors, and then enter the number of most frequent errors that you want to see.

   For example, if you enter 3, then the 3 most frequent errors appear in the table.

6. Click Run.

   

   The report appears in the output format that you specified.
