Getting Started with Amazon FSx for OpenZFS

Procedure

1. Review the Amazon FSx for OpenZFS features.

2. Verify the System Requirements for Linux File System Agent.

3. Install the Linux File System Agent on the EC2 instance or on the on-premise computer from where you can access the NFS shares.

   • Select the installation method that is most appropriate for your environment. For instructions, see Installation Methods.

4. Create a subclient.

5. Perform backup and restore operations.

   • Perform a backup operation.

   • Perform a restore operation.
