Getting Started with the Google Cloud for Snapshots

To set up the Google Cloud (GC) for snapshots, review system requirements and considerations, and then add an array entry for GC in the Commvault software. Next, choose an agent to back up content with GC.

Procedure

  1. Review system requirements.

  2. Read about considerations.

  3. Add an Array Management entry.

  4. Optional: Modify snapshot configuration properties.

  5. Choose one of the supported agents to back up with GC.
