CommCell authentication is required for end-users to perform advanced message recovery operations such as find recoveries and browse recoveries from Outlook using the DataArchiver Outlook Add-In. The Single Sign On (SSO) feature allows Exchange administrators to establish a CommCell User Group for Outlook Add-In end users to perform these functions using their existing Windows user accounts and passwords residing in the Active Directory domain.
