For Microsoft SQL Server, see Restoring a Database to restore a database from an application-aware backup.
For an out-of-place restore of a SQL Server database, you must change the database name and the physical path.
You can create SQL recovery points from Application-Aware backups so that you can restore individual SQL tables. For more information, see Creating SQL Server Recovery Points.
To perform restores using block-level browse, see Live Browse, Block-Level Browse, and Metadata Collection.
