By default the auxiliary copy operation will prune jobs from the spool copy every hour and upon completion of the auxiliary copy operation. However, you can change the frequency of job pruning by using the AUXCOPY_MARKCOPIED_MINUTES additional setting.
Procedure

From the CommCell Browser, right-click the <CommServe Node>, and then click Properties.

In the CommCell Properties dialog box, click the Additional Settings tab, and then click Add.

In the Add Additional Settings on Windows Client dialog box, in the Name box, type AUXCOPY_MARKCOPIED_MINUTES.
The Category and Type details are automatically populated.

In the Value box, type the number of minutes after which you want to prune the jobs.

Click OK and then click OK to close CommCell Properties dialog box.
