Pruning Content Index Along with Data

Pruning the content indexes along with the data is the default behavior.

1. From the CommCell Browser, navigate to Policies | Storage Policies.

2. Right-click the <Storage Policy> that is enabled for Content Indexing, and then click Properties.

   The Storage Policy Properties dialog box appears.

3. Click the Content Indexing tab.

4. Click the Retention subtab.

5. Click Retain the index as per data retention rule.

6. Click OK.
