If you upgraded to service pack 7, without installing the Microsoft update, perform the following steps on your client computer to install the latest version of the recall driver:

Install the Microsoft windows security update 6.1-KB3033929-x64.msu.

Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Commvault Systems > Common.

Right click Common, click New > DWORD (32-bit) Value,and type SHA2Supported.

Double click SHA2Supported and in the Value data box, enter 1.

Click OK.

Restart ClMgrS services on your client computer.
