Before creating a VM Lifecycle Management policy and template, refresh Oracle Cloud information on the Oracle Cloud client.
Procedure

Go to Client Computers > Oracle Cloud Client > Virtual Server, right-click Oracle Cloud, and then click All Tasks > Refresh Oracle Cloud.

In the Refresh Oracle Cloud dialog box, refresh or discover virtual machines:

To refresh the status of Oracle Cloud virtual machines, select Refresh VM Status.

To discover all virtual machines and add them to the CommCell Console as clients, select Discover VMs.

Click OK.
Depending on your selections, this operation might take some time.
