You can remove a port-forwarding gateway using the CommCell Console.
Procedure

In the CommCell browser, right-click the CommServe, and then click Properties.

On the Network Route Configuration tab, note the proxy name being used by this client.

Clear the Configure Network Route Settings option, and then click OK.

Under Client Computers, right-click the proxy name, and then click All Tasks > Push Network Configuration.

Under Client Computers, right-click the CommServe name, and then click All Tasks > Push Network Configuration.
