Typically, when you search for messages from your mailbox, you will not see results for messages that are contained in the ContentStore Email Viewer. However, you can configure Microsoft Outlook to display results from both your mailbox and the ContentStore Email Viewer when you perform a search from your mailbox or inbox in Microsoft Outlook.
Procedure

In your Microsoft Outlook mailbox Inbox, click the search bar.

On the ribbon, on the Search tab, click Search Tools > Locations to Search, and then click ContentStore.

In the Scope group of the Search tab, click All Mailboxes or All Mail Items.

Perform a search of the messages in your inbox and the ContentStore Email Viewer.
